If you require restoration of access or other technical support please send an email to support@izzysgirls.com and you MUSTinclude the following information:

• The nature of the problem (login, display, navigation, etc)
• The Username and Password for your account and/or Subscription number.
  • If you do not have your subscription number or Username & Password then you must also include two of the following peices of information:
    1. Full Name on the account
    2. Username
    3. Subscription number
    4. Billing Address
    5. Subscription Date
• The operating system of your PC (Windows version, Linux, Apple, etc)
• The Internet browser you are using and version
• The name and version of any Internet Security software you may be using (antivirus, antispyware, popup blockers, software firewalls, content/privacy filters etc)
• Any other relevant details that you feel may be important
